2. Website Information
We aim to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, website content is provided for general information and may be changed or updated without notice.
Images shown on the website may be illustrative and may not represent the exact results or conditions of a particular project.
3. Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically create a contract or guarantee that services will be provided.
Quotations may be based on information supplied by the customer, photographs, telephone discussions or an assessment of the property.
Where the actual conditions differ from the information originally provided, the scope and price of the work may need to be reviewed.
A quotation becomes accepted only when confirmed by both VexaElite and the customer.
4. Property Assessments
For specialist, hazardous or complex properties, VexaElite may require an assessment before confirming the scope of work.
The assessment may consider:
-
The condition of the property
-
The extent of contamination or damage
-
Access and working conditions
-
Materials requiring treatment or removal
-
Potential health and safety risks
-
Waste handling requirements
-
Equipment and specialist procedures required
Additional work discovered after an assessment may require a revised quotation or customer approval before proceeding.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the circumstances relevant to the requested service.
Customers should inform VexaElite of any known hazards, restricted access, structural concerns, contamination, hazardous materials or other circumstances that may affect the work.
Customers should provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
6. Specialist and Hazardous Work
Some VexaElite services involve properties affected by biohazards, bodily fluids, mould, fire residues, hazardous waste, extreme neglect or other potentially hazardous conditions.
Such work will be assessed and carried out using appropriate professional procedures and safety measures.
Where conditions present risks beyond the agreed scope of work, VexaElite may pause or refuse work until appropriate controls or specialist arrangements are in place.
7. Waste Removal and Disposal
Where waste removal is included within an agreed service, VexaElite will arrange appropriate handling and disposal in accordance with applicable requirements.
The type and quantity of waste may affect the scope and cost of the service.
Where additional or unexpected hazardous waste is identified, the customer will be informed where reasonably practicable before additional work is undertaken.
8. Access and Cancellation
Customers should provide access to the property at the agreed time.
If access is unavailable, substantially delayed or conditions prevent the work from safely proceeding, the appointment may need to be rearranged.
Cancellation or rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service, booking and circumstances and will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
9. Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be confirmed as part of the quotation or booking process.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in accordance with the terms provided with the quotation or invoice.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, subject to customer approval where reasonably practicable.
10. Property Contents and Valuables
Customers should remove or identify valuable, fragile or personally important items before work begins where possible.
VexaElite should be informed of any items that require special care or are not to be removed, cleaned or handled.
We will take reasonable care when carrying out agreed work but cannot accept responsibility for items that were already damaged, unsafe, contaminated beyond recovery or not appropriately identified before work commenced.
11. Results and Restoration
VexaElite will carry out agreed services using appropriate professional methods and equipment.
Due to the nature and condition of some properties, complete restoration may not always be possible. Certain materials may be permanently damaged, require replacement or require specialist treatment outside the agreed scope.
Where this is identified, we will communicate this to the customer where reasonably practicable.
12. Confidentiality and Discretion
VexaElite understands that many specialist cleaning and restoration services involve sensitive circumstances.
We aim to provide services professionally and discreetly and will handle customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

15. Limitation of Liability
VexaElite will provide services with reasonable care and professional attention.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VexaElite will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from pre-existing damage, hidden defects, unsafe structures or conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Force Majeure
VexaElite will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, restricted access, government action, supply issues, equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
